No, this is not the assignment we're supposed to be doing in class but seeing as we're supposed to be reading them most closely now, I'll try to incorporate more of my Capstone into this.
So yeah.....what is your Chinese Zodiac sign ya'll?

Hopefully I will spruce this place up....
Hey, its my first post for my class! Its been a while since I've
posted on Blogger since most of my time has been dedicated to deviantART and
Tumblr....but since I have to get the ball rolling for my Capstone, I might as
well start now.
The question is:
What is a Capstone?
My answer is: A
huge sandwich of samples of your creativity to show off that you have what it
takes to make it within the field of your choice, all sliced neat and ready to
serve to anyone who is willing to take a bite.
Or something like
that.
Even though a lot
of people view Capstones as something that they HAVE to do in order to
graduate, I think there is something more to it, an element that actually makes
the entire project fun. I mean, even though this is a project, we're given full
control over what we want to create and show off not only our skills but what
we want to do to make a mark in the world.
Again, something like that.
For the most part, the Capstones I have seen always make we
worried whether or not I can stack up to what has been done before, even if the
Capstones that I loved had absolutely NOTHING to do with the goals I’m trying
to reach. Talk about being touched by outside influences.
As for the reason why there is so much time required to work on
these project, it just comes down to basic common sense; for a lot of people,
more times means more time to refine what they’re working on, whether it be a
comic story, drawing talent, ect. The more time spent on project sometimes, the
better it turns out….but then again, that doesn’t hold true for EVERYONE. Some
people might not require that much time to work on their Capstones and some
people might not be able to complete them even with a 2 month time-span.
Nonetheless, I think the extra time actually helps students, especially those
who are unsure what direction they want to take with their work. Those two
months serve as a bit of reassurance methinks.
At least I think so considering that I feel panicked already and I
might need as much help as I can get.
Yeah…
Urgh, more to come later. 8I
